The Olav de Linde Property Company is looking for a trained painter to our craftsman team in Aarhus.

Are you a skilled painter who takes pride in doing a proper job? Then we have a job for you, where you’ll get varied tasks, good colleagues and time to do things properly.

With us you will work with both new builds, renovation, conversion and ongoing maintenance and all of the in-between of our many different unique properties in Aarhus.

A job where you can use your trade

You will not be doing the same thing every day.

One day you might be involved in preparation and painting of a rental unit. The next day it’s renovation, conversion or exterior maintenance.

You will become part of a fixed craftsman team, where you often work together with the same carpenters, bricklayers and electricians on the various sites, so we have a really good camaraderie.

And we have no piecework.

That means there is time to do the work properly and deliver the quality you can stand by.

Your tasks

• Painting work in connection with new builds, renovation and conversion
• Preparation of rental units at move-in and move-out
• Interior and exterior maintenance
• Plastering, priming, painting and other painting work
• Ongoing maintenance of our properties
• Collaboration with carpenters, bricklayers, electricians and other colleagues
