Parish priest in the Gunderup-Nøvling-Gistrup Pastorate, in the Aalborg East Deanery, Aalborg Diocese

The position as a civil-servant employed parish priest in Gunderup-Nøvling-Gistrup Pastorate, Aalborg Østre Provsti, is available for appointment on 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The position includes an obligation as parish clerk (kirkebogsfører) and burial authority.

The position is a full-time role.

As a new parish priest you will have an introductory course, where you will be assigned a mentor who guides you through the first period in the office and familiarizes you with the various tasks involved for a priest.

The position is subject to the Regulation on the employment in positions in the Church of Denmark (LBK no. 676 of 13/7/2026)

The position is remunerated according to salary group 1 in the agreement on remuneration of civil-servant priests in the Church of Denmark.

In addition to the salary, a standing allowance is provided with a rounded base amount as of 31 March 2012 for a full-time position of DKK 43,000.00 annually. For part-time employment, the allowance will be calculated in proportion to the employment quota.

The position is covered by the Ny Løn rules, which means it is possible to request a salary negotiation.

A service residence is attached to the position. The service residence is located at Splinten 16, 9260 Gistrup.

The housing contribution for the service residence excluding electricity, water and heating costs amounts at present to DKK 4,660.88.

It is assumed that applicants have a driving license for a regular car (B) and are willing to use their own car in the job.
