About the job

Can you make people, time and geography come together in a higher unity?

In the Center for Home Care in Lemvig Municipality we are currently restructuring the planning function.

We are therefore seeking several planners to join our planning teams in Home Care Lemvig and Home Care South-West.

Are you the type who quickly sees the solution when the puzzle doesn’t fit? Can you keep an overview when something unforeseen occurs, such as illness, changes and new citizens – while also keeping an eye on citizens, employees and operations in the solution?

If you can nod yes to the above, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for part-time planners for our planning teams in Lemvig and South-West. As a part-time planner you will be an important part of our planning function.

You will be an active part of the weekly planning and will have the opportunity to build strong competencies in route planning, coordination and optimization.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Plan and adjust the home care plans – including working in our logistics program, Pondoo, which we are well on the way to implementing
  • Handle changes and urgent situations
  • Take into account citizens’ needs, wishes and continuity
  • Ensure the right skills match
  • Close collaboration with employees, colleagues and managers
  • Contribute to the development of our planning practices
  • Help ensure that our planning function is robust and can function – also when the primary planner is not present

What we offer

We offer a position that combines planning and field-based responsibilities.

Working hours are primarily during daytime from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and every third weekend. Hours by agreement.

You do not need to be able to do everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are good at creating structure, maintaining an overview, thinking ahead,

seeing opportunities rather than limitations and collaborating across – the rest we will teach you.

You will receive a thorough introduction, and in the beginning you will work closely with our primary planners until you gradually become more independent and confident in the role.

And don’t worry. You will still have the opportunity to use your skills in the field-based function, as we value that it is important that our planners participate in operations,

meet the citizens and know the geography to be able to make the best plans.

We imagine that you

  • Have competencies that match several of the tasks described
  • Have a strong sense of care and a passion for working with people
  • Have good and appreciative communication
  • Have an education that can contribute professionally to home care – e.g., social and health care helper, social and health care assistant, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, educator, nurse or similar

Salary and employment conditions are according to the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles. The starting salary for a full-time social and health care assistant is 29,903 DKK plus pension.

In addition, qualification pay will be negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.

Would you like to know more? You are very welcome to contact Helle Fyrsterling, professional supervisor in South-West: 20351762 or Maria Witt, professional supervisor in Lemvig: 25501939 for further information.

Who are we? In Home Care in Lemvig Municipality we are organized into two areas: Lemvig town and the eastern part of the municipality and South-West in the rural areas along the west coast. Both areas have a staff supervisor and a professional supervisor, and so far two planners who, in collaboration, ensure that our citizens receive the best help and support. We place great emphasis on teamwork and appreciative communication and offer a fantastic working environment with an informal tone and plenty of room.

Application

Submit your application with relevant attachments electronically via Lemvig Municipality’s website no later than 23 October 2026.

We expect to conduct interviews in week 44. Start date by agreement.
