Our spare parts department is a central hub between the workshop, sales and our many external customers – and you will have an important role in ensuring that the right spare parts are in the right place, at the right time.

Your duties

• Dispatch of spare parts and accessories/additional equipment to mechanics and panel beaters in the workshop
• Sale of spare parts and accessories/additional equipment to external customers in-store and by phone
• Ordering and procurement of spare parts
• Operations and follow-up of our online spare parts webshop together with our own web agency – Glad Creative
• Receiving goods and warehouse management
• Invoicing and other administrative follow-up
• Ad hoc tasks such as stock takes and maintenance of the spare parts area

• Are service-minded, curious and take pride in helping both customers and colleagues
• Thrive in being the link between colleagues, customers and suppliers
• Are approachable, quick to learn and have a positive attitude
• Have a driving license (B) – and it is a plus if you have a forklift certificate
• Have a flair for IT and preferably knowledge of the automotive industry

We offer

• An exciting and varied everyday life in a modern car dealership with high professionalism
• A strong and informal team where we help each other and get along well
• A workplace with good opportunities for development
• Salary according to qualifications, pension scheme according to the collective agreement and health insurance
• A full-time position of 37 hours – start as soon as possible
