Passionate finance assistant - part-time

For an exciting and versatile position in our finance department we are seeking a skilled and experienced colleague with an overview, good financial sense and business understanding.

ABOUT US

"We" are a group with several companies, of which the largest is Insurance Brokers DFM. All companies share the same finance department.

YOUR TASKS

• Finance, accounts receivable, and accounts payable bookkeeping
• Payments and bank reconciliations
• VAT and payroll settlements
• Preparation and quality assurance of bookkeeping for monthly and annual closures.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant accounting experience
• Good understanding of accounting
• Experienced user of the Office suite
• Experienced user of e-conomics

You take responsibility and are fully on board with digitalization. You work in a structured way and take pride in delivering on time. You are able to remain calm and maintain an overview in times with many tasks and tight deadlines.

SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

• Employment as soon as possible - we are however happy to wait for the right candidate
• 30 hours per week
