YOUR ROLE – CLOSE TO PRODUCT AND BUSINESS

As Pattern Designer you will be responsible for fit and construction from sketch to approved product. You will work closely with Purchasing and Design and maintain ongoing dialogue with suppliers to ensure quality, fit and consistency in production. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Prepare measurement charts and graduations
• Fitting and assessment of fit across product categories
• Approve sales samples and final production
• Comment and optimise fit and construction
• Close collaboration with Purchasing and Design as well as daily dialogue with our international suppliers
• Participate in supplier visits and ensure quality in production

A QUALITY-FOCUSED AND TECHNICAL PROFILE

You are a systematic and detail-oriented professional who is driven by taking responsibility in the process from sketch to the approved product. You take pride in delivering quality in your work, have an eye for details and are motivated to perform your tasks with high precision. We envisage that you:

• Are educated as a Pattern Designer and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Pattern Design within the fashion industry
• Are structured to perfection, have good numeracy and solid IT skills
• Communicate fluently in English in writing and speaking
