The customers range from housing associations and rental properties to private houses, so you work both with larger construction tasks and the more local tasks for driveways, courtyard environments and access roads. The positions are in Karise and the surrounding area, and the tasks require a paver who can see both the finish and the fall at the same glance.

Your everyday The work starts with the substrate, the fall and the lines that must hold all the way through. You work with base construction, drainage, curbstones and finishing, where small mistakes are quickly visible in the finished result. When paving and rainwater meet, the order is important: first what bears, then what leads the water away, and finally the finish the customer sees.

You will, among other things, work with

• Grout and finish paving so the finish stands sharp
• Work with sewer, drainage and rainwater
• Build base and prepare for paving
• Place curbstones and create boundaries
• Lay stones and work with bind on road and paving

If a task proves to require more drainage than initially planned, you say so in good time. That’s how the site stays on track, and how the customer avoids having to redo a solution.

We are looking for you who can check the boxes on most things You don't have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand for what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience with paving, drainage or construction work
• Can work precisely with fall, base and finishing
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Say if something doesn't add up
