Payroll consultant sought for DAB-Lejerbo

In our payroll department we are looking for a payroll consultant who can help ensure that our employees receive the correct pay on time, every time. We are looking for an employee who both has a sharp eye for detail and values the good dialogue with colleagues and managers.

Your tasks

You will among other things come to work with

• Ongoing payroll administration and payroll runs
• Registration of hires, terminations and changes in employee relations
• Handling of holidays, sickness, maternity/paternity leave and other absence
• Advising and guiding managers and employees regarding pay, agreements and collective agreements
• Control, reconciliation and quality assurance of payroll data
• Contribute to handling of other tasks handled by the payroll team, including bookkeeping and reconciliation

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Have several years of experience with payroll administration and the tasks typically handled in a payroll department, including experience with collective agreements
• Work in a structured, thorough manner and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are service-minded and meet others with positive energy and helpfulness
• Have good collaboration skills and thrive in a daily life with many contact surfaces
• Have strong IT skills, and quickly adapt to new systems
• Have experience with Excel and can use the program to check and process payroll data
• Ideally have experience with EPOS, but it is not a requirement
• Desire to continuously develop professionally and contribute to the department's shared success
