About the job

At Sankt Lukas Stiftelsen you have an important role in the ”engine room”, Management and Administration, in an organization where professionalism, care and community go hand in hand. You will be part of an engaged finance department, where we help each other, share knowledge and have room for both professional immersion and a good laugh.

A job with responsibility, collaboration and meaning

As a payroll employee you will have a central role in our finance department, where you together with our other payroll employee ensure a stable and professional payroll administration. You will have a daily routine with both fixed routines, ad hoc tasks and the opportunity to use your professionalism when questions arise or a need to find good solutions.

You also get a close collaboration with HR, and you will become an important partner for managers and employees in the organization. We continually work to professionalize and optimize our employee and payroll administration, and you will therefore also have the opportunity to make your mark on the tasks and help develop our workflows.

Your tasks will include

  • Payroll administration from A-Z and payroll running for the organization’s employees
  • Handling of holidays, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, pension and other payroll-related matters
  • Control and reconciliation of payroll and related items
  • Support the Foundation’s work on pay transparency, including implementation of the new rules about it
  • Answer questions from employees and managers about pay and employment conditions
  • Administration of employee data and handling of hires and terminations, among others in collaboration with managers and HR
  • Contribute to developing and optimizing processes and workflows within the payroll area

We ensure a good introduction to the job and our organization and give you the opportunity to continuously develop your competencies and take more responsibility as you become familiar with the tasks.

About you

We imagine that you are a person who thrives with responsibility, structure and collaboration. You have an eye for detail, but also an understanding that good payroll administration is about people.

We hope that you

  • Have experience with payroll administration and preferably with payroll processing from A-Z
  • Have a relevant administrative or financial education or equivalent experience
  • Have a good understanding of rules in the payroll area and working with collective agreements
  • Work in a structured and thorough manner and have a sense for detail
  • Are proficient with IT and eager to work with and learn relevant payroll and financial systems
  • Are approachable and service-minded and thrive on helping colleagues and managers
  • Value close collaboration and actively contribute to a good collegial community

The most important is not that you can do everything from day one. We emphasize your professionalism, your curiosity and your desire to be part of the community. If you have experience with regional collective agreements and payroll systems, that is an advantage, just as good Excel skills are relevant.

We offer

You will become part of a proud organization that for more than 100 years, among other things through the work of the sisters, has helped and cared for people in all stages of life. This also applies to our work today and our employees. We are therefore continuously working to create good and sustainable working conditions. We offer among other things flexible working hours and the possibility of home office, health insurance, various discount schemes, social events and yoga.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the relevant collective agreement.

The position is 28 hours.

The position is intended to be filled from 1 December or as soon as possible.
