Responsibilities

As a Payroll Specialist at Siemens A/S you will be a key figure in our innovative journey. In addition to handling payroll administration, analysis work and reporting, you will be one of the prominent points of contact between Siemens and our payroll provider. You ensure that about 6,500 employees in Denmark receive more than just pay – they receive engagement and professionalism. You will also be involved in exciting projects, process work, controls and ongoing development tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with

A relevant education in accounting or administration with several years of experience in the payroll field, where you have a solid grasp of accounting principles.

Experience with payroll processing – preferably with knowledge of KMD Payroll Cloud (KPC), performing payroll controls and reconciling balance accounts.

Work in Excel with data processing and analysis and ensure correct data in master data systems.

The ability to handle diverse inquiries from managers and employees about payroll-related questions as well as advice regarding collective agreements, holidays, absence, leave, etc.

The ability to work independently and proactively, but also thrive with collaboration and sparring.

Good communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Efficiency, strong drive and a structured approach to work.
