In Solar, correct payroll is a given, but we want more than stable operations. A few years ago we implemented SuccessFactors as a common HR system and are now ready to take the next step in integration with other systems.

Role in short: You will be responsible for HR- and payroll master data, work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT and contribute to developing processes, system integrations and digital solutions that make work simpler, safer and more efficient.

As Payroll & System Consultant you will hold a central role in an experienced Payroll Services team of four people. We value that you fit into the existing team where everyone should be happy to come to work. You will be responsible for the quality of HR- and payroll master data and at the same time be an important driver in developing the way we work. It requires an eye for detail, understanding of the overall process and curiosity about how better system integrations and automation can be translated into solutions that create real value in daily life.

💼 You ensure the foundation and develop the way we work

Your most important responsibility is to ensure correct and consistent HR- and payroll master data as the basis for payroll runs, financial follow-up and reporting. At the same time, you will be a driver in the work to simplify processes and create better coherence between SuccessFactors and other systems.

In the role you will, among other things, work with

• Maintaining and quality-assuring employee data in SuccessFactors
• Handling creations and changes for hires, contract changes, absences and organizational changes
• Ensuring clear data ownership, governance and consistency across systems
• Collaborating closely with Payroll for a correct, timely and documented data foundation for payroll
• Assisting with payroll tasks and recording payroll data, for example during vacation periods
• Creating coherence between Payroll, HR and Finance, so processes also support control, reconciliation and reliable reporting
• Mapping workflows and identifying opportunities for standardization, automation and fewer manual handovers
• Contributing to developing SuccessFactors as a natural starting point for employee data and good integrations with other systems
• Investigating how automation and other digital solutions can securely and responsibly support quality, service and efficiency
• Supporting and training managers, employees and HR colleagues in data processes and correct use of the systems
• Participating in system optimization and digitization across Solar Group

🔍 Who are you?

You may have experience from Payroll, HR Operations, People Data, HR systems or an administrative function with high requirements for data quality, control and handling of sensitive data. You work responsibly, have high professional and ethical awareness, and understand the connection between people, data, systems and business. The important thing is not that you know everything yet, but that you follow improvements through to completion.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with HR- or payroll processes and preferably with SuccessFactors or a comparable HR system
• Come from a role where you handle sensitive data, so ethics are in place.
• Work in a structured and precise way with master data and have an understanding of governance, documentation and controls
• Can see a data flow across systems and are curious about integrations and the causes of errors
• Have an eye for both the operational detail and the financial significance of correct data
• Can analyze workflows and translate improvement opportunities into concrete and realistic solutions
• Are comfortable collaborating with specialists and stakeholders across Payroll, HR, Finance and IT
• Communicate clearly and can make complex processes understandable for leaders and employees
• Are curious about automation and digital solutions and assess technology based on real business value, data security and users' needs

You do not need to be a developer. We are primarily looking for a professionally curious colleague who wants to learn and can help move a small team forward through collaboration, professionalism and practical improvements.

• Payroll, HR and Finance experience clear interfaces, defined responsibilities and a more reliable shared data foundation
• Manual workflows and double registrations are reduced through standardization, integrations and relevant automation
• Leaders and employees experience simple and competent support in their data processes
• New digital possibilities are translated into few, relevant and responsible improvements that create real value in processes, system integrations and daily operations
• Knowledge about systems and processes is shared in the team so solutions become robust and not person-dependent
