Pedagogical assistant for permanent evening shift at Storvorde Nursing Home

A bit about the position and your new workplace

• Storvorde Care Home is located in beautiful surroundings in the center of Storvorde
• The facility consists of 46 homes, of which 20 are reserved for people with dementia
• We work from an appreciative approach, using each other’s resources with open dialogue and positive thinking
• We are urgently seeking an engaged and professionally well-founded pedagogical assistant for the evening shift, minimum 30 hours per week, but if more is desired this can be agreed. Work every 2nd weekend

Recruitment interviews are held on an ongoing basis

Your primary tasks will be

• Handling tasks within your own competence area
• Active participation in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Contribute high professional standards in holistic care

Professional competences

• You are familiar with using CURA as a documentation tool
• You demonstrate high professionalism and interest in care and nursing tasks
• You can work with a rehabilitative approach in collaboration with residents and their relatives

Personal competences

• You are robust and possess physical and mental stamina
• You have a good sense of humor
• You are clear, stable, responsible and proactive.
• You are a proactive team player who can ensure collaboration through accountability, a positive attitude and being receptive to others' viewpoints
• You are responsible and good at collaborating with many different professionals across disciplines
• You can ensure good dialogue with residents/relatives and colleagues through good communication and a pedagogical approach

Salary and employment terms

According to the current collective agreement for social and health personnel (73.01) between KL and FOA.

Prior to final employment, a criminal record check must be obtained and references collected.
