So you might be our new pedagogical assistant at Tusindfryd.

We offer as part of the job the possibility to pursue the pedagogical education via credit transfer if you wish to develop professionally and dream of becoming a pedagogue.

About us Børnehuset Tusindfryd is located in scenic Jyllinge close to the fjord, spread over two cozy sites with only 300 metres between them. We are a children's house with both a nursery (vuggestue) and a kindergarten – and a big heart. The position is located in the kindergarten.

You will become part of a diverse staff group, where we value diversity in age, experience and gender. Together we work to create safe, developing and playful learning environments for all children. We are a house with room for new ideas and pedagogical engagement, and a leader who focuses on job satisfaction, well-being and development.

In our daily practice we work among other things with

• Language Ladder
• The Brain and the Heart
• Professional reflection and sparring with a focus on children’s development
• Relationships, presence and a playful approach to inclusive communities

We are also part of the project "All children’s day care" in Area North. In the coming years we will collaborate with among others Professionshøjskolen Absalon and Playful Learning to strengthen and develop the quality of our day care. This means you will become part of a development-oriented environment where play, learning and pedagogical curiosity go hand in hand.

Who are we looking for? We are seeking a pedagogical assistant who

The available position is between 33-37 hours per week depending on your own preference for employment level and is available from 1 November, but we naturally gladly wait for the right candidate.
