Pedagogical assistant with a desire to pursue education at Rosahaven Children's Institution

Do you dream of changing track and becoming an educator?

Then we have a position for you.

We are looking for you who want meaningful work in Rosahaven, and who want to train to become an educator while you work. With us you help create a safe everyday life filled with care and joy for the children, plan activities and create good learning environments for the children.

We are an integrated day care institution with room for 80 children, distributed among three toddler groups and two kindergarten groups; we also have an outreach group that travels to Lille Skensved each day. The position is in the home division.

About you

You are motivated to work with children aged 0-6 years in a nursery or kindergarten. You want to further educate yourself to become an educator – and have given relevant thoughts on why. In addition, there are some requirements from the educational institution that you must meet to take a track-change educator education:

• You must be at least 25 years old.
• You must have another education at Bachelor level or higher.

Salary and employment terms

The position is normally 37 hours per week. The number of hours may change if you start the training, and must be agreed with your manager. Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local salary setting. In connection with the employment, we will obtain a child and criminal record check and take references.
