We are seeking skilled, engaged and caring pedagogues and teaching assistants who want to make a difference in both school, SFO and club. With us you will become part of a professionally strong and dedicated team where collaboration and pedagogical quality are at the center. You will have the opportunity to work closely with good colleagues, and help create continuity and wholeness in the children’s day.

The positions are 37 hours with start as soon as possible or 1 November. Working hours are primarily between 07:00 and 16:00.

Who are we?

Maglebjergskolen in Lynge is a special school for children and young people with significant and composite developmental challenges. The student group includes, among others, children with severe communicative and cognitive difficulties, developmental delays, severe general learning difficulties and autism spectrum disorders. The school has small classes with high adult support.

Common to the students is the need for a highly specialized, structured and relationship-based learning environment, where teaching is planned based on neuro-pedagogical principles and a holistic approach to well-being, development and life skills.

In Allerød Municipality we work from our Children and Youth Policy with the accompanying underlying child and learning view .

We have

• About 80 students aged 6–18
• An after-school offering with 65 children and youths
• 9 age-integrated classes with 5–9 students in each
• Two mastery groups for children at a very early development stage

We work from a common pedagogical and didactic foundation and focus on creating a holistic effort for our students – both in school and leisure time. In the 2025–26 school year we will implement a joint competence development program for the whole staff in co-teaching and neuro-pedagogy.
