Pedagogical staff sought as temporary worker at Bosted

We are looking for dedicated, educated and professionally strong pedagogical staff as temporary workers for our residences.

Are you a trained pedagogue and would you like to work closely with adults with autism and apply your professional skills in a safe and structured environment?

About the position

At Bosted Danmark we work with individuals with autism in a special-educational residential and day service. We operate four residences in and around Haslev, all located in scenic surroundings close to both the highway and the Haslev station. You will be part of a small team around one resident, where the focus is on:

• Safety and stability
• Structure and predictability
• Development through presence and relationship

We work from a low arousal approach as well as the TEACCH principles, visual and structured pedagogy.

We offer

− 13-hour shifts (11 hours for night shifts)

− You are offered shifts as needed, and have the option to decline

− Starting salary for professional bachelor graduates at 218 DKK/hour

We expect

• To be educated in pedagogy (other relevant education and experience may also be considered)
• To be committed and have a desire to make a difference
• To have a focus on presence and relationships in working with the residents
• To be able to work in a structured and affirming manner
• To have a driving license (category B) and be able to present a criminal record upon employment
