Would you like a workday where you have the opportunity to be close to one resident and make a real difference?
About the job and the tasks
The resident lives in a solo offer with five fixed staff around him. The dwelling is part of the Lunavej Shared Living community, where seven other residents live.
The resident has an autism spectrum disorder, and the pedagogical task mainly consists of creating security and supporting a predictable and structured daily life.
We work from a neuro- and autism-pedagogical approach, where clear structure, predictability and arousal regulation are central elements. The resident is currently in good well-being, and the pedagogical effort focuses on maintaining this well-being and supporting his development and quality of life.
You will become part of a fixed team, where you together work purposefully with continuity, safety and professional quality around the resident.

- Understanding that documentation is an important tool in carrying out our work.
- Willing to contribute to a good working environment.
- Has a driving license.
