Now you have the opportunity to become part of the team. We are looking for a pedagogue who will start on January 1, 2027.

Who are we?

Boenhed06 consists of two connected houses, House 05 and House 06, with eight apartments in each house. We are seeking a new colleague for House 06.

Here live people with multiple functional impairments and extensive support needs. Most use a wheelchair and communicate nonverbally. Therefore the work requires professionalism, patience and presence. Most importantly, it requires that you see the person before the disability.

We work every day to ensure that each resident experiences quality of life, self-determination and the opportunity to live a meaningful life.

In House 06 it must be good to live, but also good to go to work.

We place emphasis on high professionalism, influence/participation and a strong sense of workplace community. With us we help each other, develop together and meet both residents and colleagues with respect, humor and courtesy.

You will receive thorough and individually tailored onboarding so you are well equipped for the task and our residents' needs. We prioritize professional development highly and offer ongoing opportunities to participate in internal courses, theme days and competence development, so you can strengthen both your professional knowledge and your practical skills.

Salary and employment

The position is 30-37 hours per week with rotating shifts and work every other weekend.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with SL.
