Pedagogue for Raklev Daycare

Raklev Kindergarten, Daycare Area North, is looking for a dedicated pedagogue full-time. Do you want to help create strong children's communities in a kindergarten where professionalism, collaboration and decisive action go hand in hand? Raklev Kindergarten is a functionally structured institution with age-separated groups and 72 kindergarten children. With us you become part of a professionally strong and humorous community with good opportunities to influence both the pedagogical practice and everyday organization.

We work based on the strengthened pedagogical curriculum, where children's well-being, development, learning and participation in communities are central. The pedagogical work is organized in teams around the child groups, and the teams share responsibility for creating developmental learning environments. At the same time we prioritize knowledge sharing and professional sparring across the building.

We expect you

• To be a qualified pedagogue with a strong professional foundation and experience with children aged 3-6 years.
• To create safe and present relationships with children, parents and colleagues through recognition, joy and engagement.
• To be focused on children's relationship-building, participation in communities and the child perspective.
• To work in a structured and responsible manner and to translate the strengthened pedagogical curriculum into meaningful learning environments.
• To plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities that support the children's well-being, learning and development.
• To follow the children's initiatives and contribute to inclusive and developmental child communities.
• To actively contribute to documentation, reflection and the ongoing development of pedagogical quality.

Salary and employment terms Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. If you have less than 6 years of experience as a pedagogue, the starting salary in Kalundborg Municipality is at pay grade 29, cf. the pre-agreement where we grant 3 pay steps in advance based on basic education. The salary steps lapse when the central pay grades for 6 years of employment are reached. The position is 37 hours per week.
