Pedagogue or Pedagogical Assistant for a small, safe nursery in the scenic Stensballe in Horsens

Do you dream of a daily life close to the children—in a small house where you are seen, heard and have real influence? And where professionalism, community and laughter go hand in hand? Then we would really like to meet you.

We are a private nursery for toddlers with 20 children spread across two rooms with a small staff group of 8 adults. With us there is time for what matters: presence, relationships and children's curiosity. We actively use nature and the local area and often go on trips with our cargo bike – e.g. to the children's farm, library and Langelinie.

You will become part of a small, close team where we help each other and lift together. Here there is a quick path from idea to action, and you get the opportunity to influence everyday life. Our leader is a visible part of the house and also works with the children in practice.

With us it is important that both children and adults thrive. We prioritize a daily life with calm moments, presence, but also wild play, fun and laughter – while we consciously work with children's development and participation in the community.
