We offer a permanent position of 37 hours per week with the possibility of a lower weekly hours by agreement (but at least 32 hours per week). We wish for you to be able to start as soon as possible.

Who are we?

Bostøtte Damparken is part of the specialized adult services in Tønder Municipality. We provide social-pedagogical support under the Danish Social Services Act, section 85, to adults with reduced functional ability and/or psychiatric challenges.

With us you will meet an engaged group of colleagues who help each other, share knowledge, and place high value on both professionalism and community. We believe the best results come from good relationships, collaboration, and an appreciative approach to both citizens and colleagues.

The citizens are between 20 and 68 years old and have a need for support in areas including psychiatry, substance abuse, and daily living skills, as well as some somatic care tasks.

Working hours are a mix of day and evening shifts, and we work every 3rd weekend.

On weekdays the day shift starts at 07:00, and on weekends you start at 09:00 or 11:00.

The evening shift typically starts at 15:00 and ends at 21:00 on weekdays, and on weekends you have time off at 17:30, 19:00, or 21:00.

• Social Pedagogue 32,863 DKK - 37,424 DKK
