Pedagogue, Pedagogical Assistant, Social and Health Care Assistant or Social and Health Helper with an interest in brain injury sought for Solgården Nursing Home, General Team.

We are seeking a new employee for our team around a male resident who needs extra support under the Social Services Act §85.

The position is on average 37 hours per week, in rotating shifts and with weekend shifts.

The employment is event-based and will last as long as the resident is granted assistance under the Social Services Act §85, leaves the municipality or for other reasons no longer requires additional help.

About the task

You will be an important support in the citizen's daily life, where you help with

• Personal care and self-care
• Communication and structure in everyday life
• Calendar management and overview
• Acompaniment as well as self-chosen activities (e.g., music, walks, riding therapy and puzzles)
• Low-arousal strategies such as massage, deep pressure and shielding

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the applicable provisions on local wage formation.
