Pedagogue sought for the nursery at Thyborøn Children's Center

At Thyborøn Child Center we have now had the opportunity to advertise a permanent pedagogical position. Therefore we are seeking a dedicated pedagogue who is passionate about working with the youngest children and who wants to be part of a strong professional community.

The position is 30-37 hours per week with working hours within our opening hours from 6:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Who are we?

Thyborøn Child Center is an integrated institution with two nursery groups totaling 22 children and one kindergarten group.

We have fantastic physical spaces both indoors and outdoors, and we actively use nature and the local area in daily life. We explore Thyborøn, make trips to the beach, the harbor and playgrounds – and with our two electric cargo bikes we can easily go even further.

With us you are employed across the entire house. We help each other across the rooms and nurture a strong collegial community where collaboration, humor and shared responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

Right now we are looking for a pedagogue for our nursery.

We would like you to

• be a trained pedagogue and passionate about working with children aged 0-3 years.
• preferably have experience from a nursery – or be eager to develop yourself in the area.
• meet the children with an affirming and attentive approach.
• see opportunities in everyday routines and activities and be able to create good learning environments based on the children's perspectives.
• be able to plan and create structure, while being flexible when the day changes.
• thrive in close collaboration with parents and colleagues.
• can work independently while actively contributing to the team's shared tasks.
• communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• have humor and contribute to a workplace with good energy and job satisfaction.
• desire to continue developing your pedagogical competences.

Salary

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality's pay policy: The starting salary for a full-time employee is 32,843 DKK per month + pension. In addition, qualification pay is provided based on your experience as a pedagogue.
