At Samala we work from the 4 virtues
We strive to ensure these virtues are always part of everything we say and do. Psychological safety only grows when we help each other become better versions of ourselves. This is the foundation of all our work with the citizens.
Self-knowledge over self-confidence
It is more important that you know who you are than blindly trust your competencies.
Hard work over intentions
It is more important that you take action than endlessly await the “golden solution.”
Honesty over compassion
It is more important that you say your mind as an equal than to seek conflict minimisation.
Facts over
feelings
It is more important that you communicate from facts rather than opinions and feelings.
