About the job
Are you sharp with writing, strong digitally and good at creating structure? Then we may have the student job for you.

Are you a student in a higher education program, and do you want a flexible student job where you can use your writing and digital skills to make a difference, then perhaps you are who we are looking for?
We are seeking a personal assistant to a development-responsible nurse in Children and Young People, AUH. You will become an important collaborative partner in a daily life with exciting development tasks, digital solutions and competence development of health care staff. As a personal assistant you will have a varied portfolio of tasks.
Your tasks will include, among other things, to
- create overview and structure – help with calendar booking and practical administrative tasks
- work with digital solutions – upload and maintain content in an app used by both patients and newly hired staff
- write and proofreading documents e.g., patient guidance and information material for patients, as well as documents in our document management system (E-dok) and in questionnaires (SurveyXact)
- produce short videos – shoot and edit short videos used in our app for dissemination and learning.
Who are you?
We imagine you are a student in a higher education – perhaps in medicine, communication or another relevant field.
We especially emphasise that you
- have strong written skills and a sense for linguistic quality
- are comfortable with IT and eager to work with various digital tools
- work systematically and in a structured way and have an eye for detail
- are good at listening, receiving instructions and translating them into action
- have good collaboration skills and understanding of other people
- are flexible, proactive and prepared for a daily life where tasks and needs can change.
What can we offer you?
- a flexible student job with meaning and the opportunity to bring your skills into play in an organization where development and learning are an important part of everyday life
- exciting and varied tasks, where no two days are necessarily the same
- ongoing introduction and guidance, so you are well prepared for the tasks
- flexible working hours, planned with consideration of your studies, exams, etc.
- a close collaboration with the development-responsible nurse, whom you will be the personal assistant for
- insight into development and implementation tasks in a Department of Children and Young People
- skilled, helpful and engaged colleagues who value professionalism, collaboration and good spirit.
