Are you a skilled physiotherapist who is passionate about helping older citizens lead an active and meaningful everyday life? We are looking for dedicated physiotherapists across the country for our team of home-visit health professionals, who come to clients' homes and help them recover and maintain their functional abilities.

Your responsibilities

•

Carry out physiotherapeutic treatment programs for older citizens in your local area.

•

Develop and adjust individual treatment plans based on clients' needs.

•

Advise and motivate clients to achieve the best possible results.

•

Create a positive and reassuring experience for clients through presence and care.

•

Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the best possible care.

Your competencies

•

Registered physiotherapist with an interest in the geriatric field.

•

Approachable and skilled at adapting to clients' needs.

•

Responsible and organized in your way of working.
