Would you like to be part of a young team and help get this year’s Christmas gifts sent off well? At CHANTI we are looking for five Christmas helpers who are ready to roll up their sleeves for our busiest time of the year.

You will have a daily routine with fixed tasks, where structure, precision and collaboration are in focus. The position is temporary and suits you who are on a gap year or are looking for a job during the Christmas period.

CHANTI is one of Denmark’s largest jewelry webshops and since 2000 has helped thousands of customers find jewelry for life’s big and small moments.

Our office is centrally located in Copenhagen K, just a few minutes’ walk from Rådhuspladsen and good transport options.

Your day-to-day with us

You will become an important part of our order processing and help ensure that customers receive the correct jewelry, carefully packed and sent on time.

Your tasks will primarily consist of

• Find and prepare the jewelry for customers’ orders.
• Check that each order contains the correct items and quantities.
• Process orders and complete payments in our system.
• Pack customers’ orders carefully and prepare them for shipping.

The tasks are fixed and routine, and during the Christmas period the pace is high. You will of course receive thorough training so you feel confident with the tasks.

You do not need to have experience with order processing – the most important thing is that you are eager to learn and get started.

The practical

• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 08.00–16.00 and Friday 08.00–15.30.
• Overtime: There may be overtime in November and December.
• Workplace: Copenhagen K, close to Rådhuspladsen.
• Employment period: November - January
• Start date: By agreement
• Salary: By agreement
