Planner with a health-care professional background for Helhedsplejen

The Holistic Care Area Slots Bjergby is seeking a structured planner for a full-time position.

We are looking for someone who is trained as a Social and Health Care Assistant (SSA) or another health-professional background, has a flair for logistics and thrives in a dynamic daily life.

You will become part of a dedicated team where we collaborate across disciplines to ensure stable operations and the right assistance for the citizens. We emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration, rehabilitation, well-being and a good working environment.

Your primary tasks

• Daily and long-term planning of routes and interventions in the care system Nexus as well as the KMD Opus shift schedule.
• Close coordination and sparring with your planner colleagues, area manager and staff in holistic care.
• Ensure that the right competencies land with the right citizens on time.

We are looking for a profile who has

• a training as SSA or another health-professional background
• a few years of clinical experience
• experience with planning (an advantage, but not a requirement)
• strong IT skills - familiarity with Nexus and KMD Opus
• good communication skills and strong interprofessional collaboration abilities
• the ability to keep an overview and remain calm in stressful situations
• a mentalizing and positive approach to both citizens and colleagues
• flexibility, adaptability and the ability to act independently
• good skills in conflict resolution
• high professionalism, loyalty and reliable attendance

Salary and employment terms The position is a day shift full-time role of 37 hours per week. The appointment is made in accordance with the applicable agreement with FOA - Social and Health Care Personnel.

The starting salary is expected to be based on placement as Planner at base salary level 35 + annual allowance of DKK 5,000 (as of 31.03.00).

The starting salary thus amounts to DKK 36,159.91 per month, excluding pension.
