Rosenvang Nursing Home is seeking a new colleague who wants to be a co-creator of the most important thing in the world – namely, making a difference in another person's life

We are therefore seeking a trained SOSU assistant with Danish authorization for our lovely nursing home.

The position is primarily day shifts with 2 weekend shifts over 6 weeks.

Please note that the position falls within the 24/7 coverage area. At present, the service is expected to be primarily day shifts.

Your profile

We are looking for an SOSU assistant who can recognise themselves in some of the following descriptions:

• You have the desire and ability to contribute to ensuring quality and content in the individual resident's everyday life
• You possess positive energy and rarely think in “I usually do it this way”
• You view learning positively – you want to share your knowledge and also become wiser
• You always see the person before the illness and you can work closely with residents; their families; mono- and interdisciplinary colleagues, among others.
• You have a solid professional and personal stance and would describe yourself as a decent person
• You have other personal and professional competencies that we look forward to hearing about and, not least, experiencing

About the department

Rosenvang Nursing Home is located in Viby opposite Fredenskirken and within walking/biking distance to Friheden, Marselisborg Palace, Mindeparken, Tangkroen, etc. We are adjacent to the Rosenvang Local Center, where there are good training facilities. The house has 42 apartments spread over 3 floors – each apartment has its own balcony. We also have a shared sensory garden and a large orangery.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is to be taken up on 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the negotiating professional organization.

Weekly hours: 37 hours.
