Plumber for commercial and industrial sectors in Esbjerg

Would you like a company car, a strong team spirit, and exciting commercial projects?

We are looking for a plumbing fitter (VVS-montør) for commercial work and renovations in Esbjerg.

You will become part of a larger VVS team where commercial tasks and contracts occupy a lot of space. The work is done in squads, and the tasks cover commercial, industrial, and larger renovations. Here there is experience with large technical turnkey projects and VVS trade contracts, so you land in a place where planning and coordination are a natural part of everyday life. At the same time, there is good camaraderie on the team, and it matters that people can work well together.

The role suits you if you want stable work and tasks with some scale. You get a company car, a noticeable salary, and a setup where you are not just sent around on small, loose tasks. There is a need for a professional who can roll up their sleeves with the squad and speak up if something doesn’t add up.

What you get Salary: 220-250 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Esbjerg and surrounding areas

Colleagues: Approximately 60 employees

Union: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term assignments.

Everyday: Commercial tasks, renovations, and squad

Your everyday

The day is typically planned together with the squad so the sequence fits with the other trades on site. You will work with VVS tasks in commercial and renovation projects, where coordination and proper handover matter. When a task changes, you speak up in time so the team can keep the rhythm.

You will among other things work with

• Working with VVS on industrial and commercial tasks
• Renovating installations in larger properties
• Installing sanitaryware and water installations
• Laying pipes for water, heating, and drainage
• Servicing and fault-finding on VVS installations

People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other. It suits you who want to be part of a squad where commitments are kept and where people help each other to reach a good result.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a VVS fitter
• Have a driving license
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Can work in a squad and take responsibility for your part
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience with commercial, industrial, or renovation work. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a daily life where collaboration, pace, and proper handover go hand in hand.

Already employed?

Then it should of course make sense to switch.

Therefore we start with a non-committal chat. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the salary, and daily life before you decide anything. And yes, it takes place discreetly.

If this sounds like something for you, you can start in 1 week.

You do not need to send a long application. Click Apply for job, and we will call you to take it from there.
