We are looking for a VVS technician for service, heating and ventilation in Holstebro.

You will join a small team where VVS, sheet metal and service are closely related. The customers are private individuals, companies, industry and public institutions, so the tasks vary between scheduled service visits and larger projects. The positions are in Holstebro and the surrounding area, and you drive out yourself with the freedom to make the day work. Even small and urgent tasks are taken seriously, so customers can rely on getting help.

The role suits you if you like having responsibility without someone looking over your shoulder. You get a company car and a workday with both heating installation, ventilation, renovation and dampers, so it doesn’t become the same type of task all week. When something is tricky, the team is close enough to provide sparring.

Everyday: Service, heating, ventilation and dampers

Your everyday The day is typically planned based on the service visits and project tasks that are ready before you go out. You have the company car on the job and use your experience to assess sequence and what needs to be reported back. If a task changes along the way, you tell in time so that the agreement with the customer still holds.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Servicing and solving damper tasks for private and commercial customers
• Working with heating installations
• Carrying out VVS on new builds and renovations
• Working with ventilation and climate control
• Assisting on industrial and commercial tasks

The most important thing in daily life is that the agreements hold, and that you don’t deliver something half-done. You have room to make your own decisions, but you must also speak up if something doesn’t add up.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience as a VVS technician
• Can work independently at customers’ premises
• Want to work with both service, dampers and project tasks
• Are stable and show up as agreed

It is an advantage if you have experience with heating, ventilation or renovation. But the most important thing is that you can work properly with customers and take responsibility for what you do.
