You will land in a larger technical department where VVS service and insurance cases fill the daily work. The work is with commercial customers, properties and other clients, where the installations must function and where agreements must be kept. You drive out to the tasks yourself, but you have a professional environment behind you when a damage, a fault or a technical assessment requires sparring.

The role is for you who can take responsibility for a case from the first inspection to the final solution. You must be able to speak properly with the customer, document what you see, and pass the task on without mess. The company car and equipment are in place, so you can spend the time on the VVS work.

Your daily life The day revolves around taking an insurance claim or service task from first look to completion. You assess the installation, find the fault and get the documentation in place, so the customer and the case can move forward. When something requires an extra assessment, you contact the right people and clarify the next step.

You will among other things work with

• Carry out plumbing and heating work in connection with insurance cases
• Inspect, fault-find and document damages
• Resolve dampers and service for commercial customers
• Communicate with customers, colleagues and insurance companies
• Work with domestic water, drainage, sanitation, heating and cooling

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a VVS installer
• Have a driver's license
• Can work independently at customers
• Are used to service, dampers or fault finding
• Speak properly with customers and say when something doesn’t add up
