Create an overview and decision basis for some of Denmark's largest infrastructure projects

Become part of a solid analytics environment in Fredericia

You will be part of Portfolio Analysis and Reporting, where we are 12 engaged colleagues who create transparency and insights in one of Denmark's largest project portfolios of construction projects.

We support the management in Eltransmission with analyses, reporting and decision basis that contribute to prioritization and management of projects with a focus on the establishment phase, but with a view to the entire value chain. At the same time, we work closely with project managers, portfolio consultants and other managers across Energinet, which gives a daily life with many collaboration surfaces and great variation in tasks.

You translate data into analyses, reporting and management insights

As Portfolio Business Partner you help create a common picture of the portfolio's status, development and challenges. You contribute to the regular management reporting and prepare analyses and decision briefs when management needs new perspectives or a solid data basis.

Your main tasks will be to

• further develop the fixed reporting cycle to the management in Eltransmission
• prepare analyses, management information and presentation materials
• handle ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks across the portfolio
• create an overview of the portfolio's development, progress and dependencies together with colleagues across Energinet
• collaborate with project managers, portfolio consultants and other stakeholders on data, analyses and insights

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our reporting, analytical work and processes, so we continually raise the quality of our decision basis.

You are curious about data, analyses and complex relationships

You have a relevant advanced degree in e.g. engineering, economics, social sciences or similar. The most important is that you thrive on creating insights and translating complex data into a decision basis that others can act on.

• have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
• approach tasks methodically and in a structured way with attention to detail
• communicate complex issues clearly and simply, both in writing and verbally
• are interested in the interplay between projects, data and business decisions
• thrive in collaboration with many different disciplines and stakeholders
