There are two permanent positions (37 hours) available from 01 December 2026.
If you want to make a difference for children, young people and their families through early treatment, we have an exciting position for you.
Our treatment offerings for children and adolescents are expanding, and we therefore need 2 new colleagues who are prepared and capable to step into the treatment task.
As a psychologist in the Low-threshold Treatment Service you will be part of a strong interdisciplinary team that offers early preventive treatment for children and adolescents with mild mental health difficulties as well as guidance to their parents. Your primary tasks will be

- Systematic assessment of the treatment needs of children and young people.
- Involvement and guidance of parents as a central part of the treatment.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues and relevant partners in the child and youth field.
- Contribution to development and quality assurance of the treatment offer.
We are looking for a psychologist who
- Has completed practicum training or is well on the way.

We place particular emphasis on
We want a psychologist with broad clinical experience who can see the value in both structured, manualized treatment programs like Mind My Mind and in using clinical judgment to adapt the intervention to the individual child or adolescent. Experience from PPR, child and adolescent psychiatry, municipal treatment offerings or private practice would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
This position provides an opportunity to work with early intervention and evidence-based treatment in a professional environment where the well-being of children, young people and families is central.
We focus on creating coherent interventions around children and young people, and you must therefore have the courage and find it exciting to work with complex psychological treatment tasks in close collaboration with families, with bridging to the child’s school services when meaningful.

- Are reliable and thrive in both independent and collaborative task solving.
