Pre-Qualification and Tender Manager

Outgoing and energetic PQ and bid manager with coordination instinct and strong analytical abilities

ABC Consulting Engineers is a young, innovative and diverse engineering house, located in a 4,300 m2 large, open and modern head office in Glostrup, right next to the station. We also have an ABC West office in Silkeborg.

Your work today creates ABC’s work tomorrow

As PQ and bid responsible, you will play a key role in ABC’s development, and you will become the central actor especially within our prequalification and dialogues with external partners. You will be responsible for the entire process from the first screening, the coordinating collaboration with relevant actors to the finished application being sent off.

In your daily work you will, among other things

• monitor, screen and analyze relevant leads and tenders through our digital tool, including identifying and assessing which opportunities we should pursue based on our strategy, references, etc.
• plan, coordinate and prepare the PQ process from start to finish, including targeting and quality-assuring the preparation of prequalification materials, e.g., CVs, references, descriptions, etc.
• assemble the right teams based on references, experience and strategy
• take the early market dialogue and establish relationships before tenders are published
• actively use AI tools in your daily work to optimize, develop and structure your work
• coordinate and manage internal contributors, project teams and processes, both in the PQ and possibly also in the bid process
• maintain the big overview, connect the threads and lead teams

Additionally, we would like you to

• have strong analytical abilities and know how to angle content in text and descriptions so it answers criteria in tender materials
• be structured, have a sharp eye for detail and be good at planning and meeting multiple deadlines
• be skilled in communication, both in writing and speaking
• enjoy customer dialogues and find it easy to call external actors
• have a flair for aesthetics, preferably with knowledge of Adobe InDesign
