Professional responsibility and leadership

The position combines clinical work with professional sparring and development of the staff. The main part of the working time consists of dental clinical tasks, and therefore we are seeking a candidate with broad experience as a generalist who can handle all common treatment areas. You will act as a professional beacon for the clinic with responsibility for quality, professional development and ensuring professional patient journeys. At the clinic there is an experienced clinic coordinator who handles the practical and operational tasks, including vacation planning and the daily coordination of the staff.

The role includes planning, coordination and development of workflows, so that the clinic's daily operations run efficiently and the patient experience is optimized. The position also provides the opportunity to influence the clinic's development and to ensure a stable and professional working environment as well as maintaining the clinic's high professional standards.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has documented experience with personnel leadership and solid generalist competencies. You must be able to motivate staff, take responsibility and demonstrate strategic and commercial overview with focus on quality and efficient operations. It is required that you have strong relational skills and the ability to create engagement and well-being, so that a positive working environment is maintained. Experience as clinic manager or in a similar leadership role within the dental industry is an advantage, just as teaching or mentoring experience will also be considered positively.
