Præstemark School is seeking a teacher for a maternity-leave substitute in a special-needs class in the lower primary

Præstemarkskolen is a public school in Søften north of Aarhus. We have approx. 650 students from 0th to 9th grade. The school is divided into three houses distributed across the primary, intermediate and upper school.

Præstemarkskolen has special classes in all three divisions. These are special classes where students from across Favrskov Municipality are referred to a specialized school offer.

In our primary section we have 2 special classes with up to 8 students in the classes. Each class has a teacher and an educator who collaborate on the concrete planning and the cooperation with parents. In addition, the two primary classes collaborate with each other and with the school's other special classes. Your competences

• Trained teacher, preferably with special educational competencies and experience.
• Strong relationship skills in collaboration with children, parents and colleagues.
• Thrives in a committed team collaboration and actively contributes to the school's development.
• Clear and structured class leadership.
• Professionally grounded and able to translate opinions into action.
• Works in an appreciative manner with children and parents in close collaboration.
• Focused on creating participation opportunities, mastery and development for all students.
