We offer you

A good educational/training environment with strong dynamism in a modern forest administration with focus on advisory within all fields related to forestry, biodiversity and property value maintenance.

During the internship you will collaborate with a number of skilled young foresters with various professional specializations. The company internship can take place based on Funen or Zealand.

We are seeking an intern on Funen and two on Zealand.

We assemble a specific program

The Forest Growers Association Øerne has a very broad portfolio, and we assemble a program that matches your interests within:

• Consulting and timber production.
• Biodiversity with a basis in species-rich managed forest (we have a cooperation agreement with the Copenhagen Zoo).
• Advice on forest creation, habitat plans, hunting, shelterbelts, green operational plans, public forests, etc.
• Organization of courses and topic days related to the above.
• Trade in roundwood, chips, plants, Christmas trees and greenery, including significant export of greenery and Christmas trees.
• Management of contracting tasks.
• Nature and landscape maintenance.
• Production of greenery and Christmas trees.

All with a focus and main emphasis on high quality and efficient execution, so we ensure delivery of the market's best service to our members and customers.

Expectations of you

We expect you to be outgoing, good at collaboration and place high importance on professional development.

In addition, you are expected to provide your own car.

Additionally

• Several of our previous interns have obtained student jobs with us or even permanent employment after completion of their studies.
