Intern for the Content Creation Team

Are you the type of person who spots a TikTok trend before everyone else has jumped on it? Do ideas pop up while you scroll, and do you want to try them out in real life? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for!

We are seeking an intern in Content Creation who wants to help create content for some of Denmark's largest retail brands, such as Bilka, føtex, Netto and BR.

With us, your ideas won't stay just talk. You come into the process, from the first creative thoughts to when the camera rolls, and the video is ready to go live. You join shoots, help develop new formats and get your hands right into the daily content production for especially TikTok and Instagram.

You don't need to have everything figured out from day one. Instead you should want to learn, try things, and help create content that makes people stop mid-scroll.

What will you do?

Spot trends and generate ideas

• Keep an eye on trends, tendencies and new formats on TikTok and Instagram.
• Contribute creative ideas for content that fits our brands.
• Be involved in developing and testing new ways to create content.

From idea to finished content

• Help film videos for TikTok and Instagram.
• Join shoots in stores where we produce content.
• Edit videos and prepare them for publication.
• Help find products, props and everything else that makes a production work.
• Write captions and help prepare content to hit the feed.
• Post content

You will work closely with our SoMe Content Creator, whom you can brainstorm with in daily work.

Who are you?

You are pursuing a relevant education in, for example, multimedia design, digital marketing, communication or media production, and you must do an internship as part of your studies.

You are curious about social media and have a good sense of what works on the platforms. You don't need to be an expert in everything from algorithms to advanced video editing, but you should want to get better and be willing to translate your ideas into something people can actually see.

• Thrive when collaborating and want to come out where content is created.

Have you already made videos, produced content or experimented with social media in your studies or in your spare time? Then we would love to see what you have done. It doesn’t have to be perfect. We’d rather see your creativity than a polished portfolio without personality.

What can we offer?

You’ll have the opportunity to try your expertise in real life and gain experience with content production for some of Denmark's largest brands. You’ll get close to the whole process and gain insight into how we work with ideas, production and creative development across TikTok and Instagram.

You will become part of our Creative Team, where we are 13 full-time employees and 6 student assistants. We have an informal everyday life, spar with each other and strive to create a place where there is room for professionalism, good ideas and a good laugh.

We are part of Salling Group's Digital Marketing Agency, where around 50 colleagues work with digital marketing across the group's brands.

Your primary workplace will be at Salling Group's headquarters at Årslev. But you also go out of the house when we need to film in stores or produce content at other locations.

The internship period will be scheduled in relation to your studies and the program's requirements.
