At Moment Professionals in Aarhus we are seeking an intern starting in January 2027 for an internship program of 5-6 months.

Here you will not have an internship period where you just observe from the sidelines. From day one you will be part of the team and have the opportunity to actively contribute to our recruitment processes and the work with candidates and companies.

We work with recruiting specialists and executives across industries, so you will soon encounter roles and areas you may never have heard of before. One day you search for a technical specialist, the next for a finance profile – and along the way you learn how to find the right match between person, position and company.

From CV to the right candidate

A large part of your daily work will involve search and candidate contact.

You will learn how to move from a job description to finding relevant candidates, which experiences to look for in a CV, and how to take the first contact with a potential candidate.

As you progress you will gradually take on more responsibility and will among other things work with:

• Search for candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobnet and other relevant platforms
• Screening and assessment of CVs and candidate profiles
• Contact and dialogue with potential candidates
• Coordination of screenings and candidate interviews
• Drafting and proofreading of job postings
• Preparation and quality assurance of candidate materials
• Research on companies, industries and candidate markets
• Various ad hoc tasks that arise in a daily life with multiple recruitment processes underway

So you will be close to the whole process – from when we receive a new position until we have found and presented the candidates who may be the right match.

You get to try things out

We do not expect you to know everything about recruitment on your first day. After all, that's why you are interning. Instead we hope you are curious, willing to ask questions and eager to try things yourself.

You will become part of our office at Rytoften 5 in Aarhus V, where you will have experienced colleagues around you to brainstorm with along the way. We help each other, share knowledge and at the same time have room for humor and an informal tone in daily life.

As you learn the tasks, you will receive more responsibility and the opportunity to drive your own tasks forward.

Who are you?

You are currently pursuing a higher education and will go on internship for 6 months from January 2027. Which study track you come from is not decisive. The most important for us is that you are curious, engaged and want to learn the recruitment craft in practice.

Therefore you do not need prior experience in recruitment. We imagine that you enjoy talking to new people, are curious about different companies and industries and have the courage to contact potential candidates.

At the same time you work in a structured way and have an eye for detail, even when several tasks are in progress at the same time. You take responsibility for your tasks, see them through and are happy to contribute when you see an opportunity to help.

Since you will be communicating with both candidates and colleagues, it is important that you can communicate confidently and professionally in both Danish and English – in writing as well as speaking.

You will gain practical experience with search, CV screening, candidate contact, job postings and recruitment processes, and you will learn to assess different candidate profiles and understand the needs of companies.

At the same time you will gain insight into many different industries and roles – and the opportunity to find out which parts of HR and recruitment you personally find most exciting.
