Intern for P3 User Involvement, Spring 2027

P3 is seeking a university intern for the editorial team 'Cross-cutting Content and User Involvement'. Here we work across P3's formats and ensure that our content is developed with valuable input from those we create content for.

P3 is seeking an intern for the team ' Cross-cutting Content and User Involvement ' in DR YOUTH. Here we work across P3's formats (Podcast, TV, radio, Instagram, YouTube and DR.dk ) and ensure that our content is developed with valuable input from those we create content for.

We obtain input from our users by holding development workshops around the country and at DR's locations. We visit festivals, visit folk high schools, student residences, high schools and boarding schools – and also invite young people to workshops at DR.

As an intern with us you will learn methods to design workshops and research relevant topics in the target group, which become content across P3. You will also learn methods for how input from young people can fine-tune and further develop e.g. a pitch or a review of a documentary before it is released.

You will become part of a fixed team, and will receive varied tasks that are agreed on based on your interests, qualifications and skills from your studies. Typically they will be within the following areas:

• Planning and development of creative process designs that make it relevant and fun for young people to participate in workshops with P3.
• Coordination, recruitment and execution of workshops
• Analysis and coding of inputs from young people into usable feedback that can inspire P3's content editorial teams.
• Ad hoc tasks related to the team's other work – including content for Instagram and ongoing recruitment of young people for workshops.

We imagine that you

• Are curious about other people and have the courage to talk to them about difficult, boundary-pushing, but also easy topics.
• Can relate objectively to the knowledge you receive.
• Have the courage to reach out to young people who can participate in our workshops.
• Are preferably familiar with qualitative and quantitative methods as well as interview techniques, particularly aimed at children and young people.
• Have a good visual understanding, are strong in PowerPoint and are experienced in creating posts for Instagram stories

During the internship you will be provided with a computer and other necessary tools. The internship is generally 30-37 hours per week with start in mid-January 2027. It is unpaid and takes place in DR Byen in Copenhagen. It is a requirement that the placement is part of your study program – and that you can obtain credit. During the program you will of course be able to fit academic activities and take usual holidays.
