About the job
Prices Have Nursing Home is seeking youth workers. As a youth worker with us your tasks will be centered around social contact and cosy activities with our residents. You help bring light, warmth and life into everyday life at Prices Have.
Your tasks may include
- Reading aloud for one or more residents
- Going for walks
- Playing games and creating cozy moments
- Playing music or singing for and with the residents
Working hours
We plan the working hours so they fit into your everyday life. You can work on both weekdays and weekends – though a maximum of 3 hours per week. You will of course be paid for the hours you work.
Wages and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement in the FOA area and the position is temporary until you turn 18.
About you
We are looking for someone who
- Is between 14 and 17 years old
- Wants to be part of the residents' everyday life and create cosy moments
- Is proactive and can take responsibility
- Is open, welcoming and has a smile on their face
Mentor
To ensure you get off to a good start, you will be attached to a mentor among our permanent staff. Your mentor will help you settle in and tell you about working at the nursing home.
