About the team

In the department we are three advisers, a customer assistant and a branch director. In addition, we have a number of experienced specialists attached to us, which means we can cover customers' needs, regardless of financial complexity – we live for and from the good customer experiences. It is crucial in our local community that everyone feels well advised, so our customers will be ambassadors for our department.

About the job

You will have responsibility for your own client portfolio, which consists of clients with advisory needs in housing, car, pension, investment and insurance. You do not start with a full portfolio, as we hope you will also develop it over time with new clients, among other things through your own network.

The core of the role is that you have a strong interest in advising and sparring with our customers. They should feel that they are in safe hands with you, and that you cover their needs and life dreams end-to-end.

You will be responsible for ensuring that loan calculations and credit settings are prepared thoroughly and correctly, while our customer assistant supports you in many of the other administrative tasks.
