Process Consultant

Do you want to help develop and create common processes in our district heating business? And do you thrive in creating structure, coordination and momentum across the organization? Then you may be the one we are looking for.

You will play a central role in the work of creating clarity and structure around processes in the district heating business. You will work closely with different areas and will have a broad contact surface across Vestforbrænding.

Specifically, your tasks will be

• map, develop and document processes
• ensure governance around the processes as well as ongoing maintenance and improvement
• work with processes and grip charts in connection with emergency plans
• act as project manager or facilitator for cross-cutting, project-like tasks that are not projects.

Structured and with a view to collaboration

You may have different educational and experiential backgrounds. The most important thing is that you have experience with processes and can create momentum in your tasks. You may come with relevant experience or further education in process optimization within the utilities sector.

In addition, it is good if you have

• experience with facilitation tools for workshops, swimlane diagrams and value stream analyses
• experience with collaboration across levels in larger organizations
• familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• experience with project management and task management
• preferably experience from the utilities sector

As a person you work structured and organized and thrive on taking responsibility for your tasks. You build good collaborative relationships, work independently and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Become part of the team

You will become part of the PMO, Portfolio & Risk Management team, which supports Vestforbrænding's projects, processes and governance framework. The team helps to create coherence and overview in a large project portfolio that is closely linked to Vestforbrænding's societal task.
