Process Consultant for Digital Development at Vores Elnet

Therefore we are looking for a process consultant who can help develop and implement processes and systems to support future business.

As a process consultant you will have a central role in development and implementation projects across Vores Elnet. You translate business needs into concrete solutions, help define processes and future ways of working, and ensure the implementation of new IT systems.

You will organizationally be part of Installation & Metering, but your area of work spans across the entire Vores Elnet. This gives you a wide touchpoint across the organization, where you serve as a link between business and IT and have great influence on development in Vores Elnet

Your main tasks include

• Contribute to and shape strategic IT and development projects on behalf of Vores Elnet
• Implement new systems, processes and working methods across the organization
• Translate business needs into effective processes and digital solutions
• Create support for changes and ensure a successful anchoring of new solutions
• Be the link between the business, IT, suppliers and other collaborators
• Ensure progress through coordination, reporting and participation in steering groups

Are you our new process consultant? We imagine that you come from a similar role as a process consultant or project manager. You probably have a bachelor's degree or higher. The most important thing, however, is that you have experience in developing processes, driving change and delivering results in practice.

You have experience in project management, change management and facilitation. You thrive on analyzing complex issues, where you translate business needs into practical solutions. With your good communication skills you are skilled at building support around new initiatives and ensuring that changes are anchored in the organization.

As a person you work independently, structured and naturally take responsibility for your tasks. At the same time you are curious by nature and motivated by understanding the business and seeking knowledge across the organization. With your empathetic and positive approach you build strong relationships and thrive in collaboration with different areas of expertise.

• Have experience with process development, project management or implementation of IT systems
• Thrive on driving development and delivering results across the organization
• Have an understanding of change management and can generate support for new solutions
• Have good data understanding and preferably experience with Power BI
• Have proficiency in Danish and English in written and spoken form
