Process Operator

As a process operator at NovaClay you have a central role in the operation of our calcined clay production. You monitor and control the process from the control room, follow up on equipment and plants in production, and work closely with colleagues across the organization. You help ensure high quality in production and actively contribute to a safe working environment where safety is always the top priority.

Your tasks

• Operation and monitoring of our process plant
• Process cleaning and general order
• Ensure that all quality and process parameters are adhered to
• In cooperation with colleagues and operations management, ensure continuous development and improvements of the processes and productivity

Who are you?

You are a responsible and versatile person who thrives on data-driven work and can translate insights into concrete conclusions. You have a keen eye for what happens around you, always work with safety in focus, and are also curious to develop yourself and learn new things.

We imagine that

• You have a high safety awareness
• You are good at working independently and finding solutions
• It would be advantageous if you have a background or experience within the process industry – preferably a process operator or similar
• You have the ability to work in shifts, including weekend work
• You can speak English - B1

You have good IT skills and are comfortable working in different systems. If you have experience operating a rubber-tired loader, that is an advantage, but it is not a requirement, as we will provide the necessary training

Your new team You will become part of a small team of process operators with different backgrounds and a strong sense of togetherness. We have an open culture where we help each other, and you can therefore expect plenty of sparring and support from experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge. Every Monday we start the week together with breakfast and a cup of coffee before work starts.
