As a Product Owner at Tryg you will work with an agile development team focused on developing insurance products as well as delivering IT solutions to our customer advisors and colleagues.

You will ensure that the team's tasks support our strategic goals and represent the customer and user perspective.

Your primary tasks will include

• Clarifying needs and desires for development tasks across platforms
• Definition and prioritization of tasks for the development team
• Coordination with other Product Owners of cross-cutting tasks
• Understanding customer journeys and user experiences across platforms
• Collaboration with colleagues across the organization, e.g. other teams and partners

You are the primary link between the development team and the business. The development teams primarily consist of consultants, most of whom work offshore, but as Product Owner you also have close collaboration interfaces with Tryg's IT development organization as well as product managers, actuaries, etc. at the office in Ballerup.

Much work is done virtually, and the working language in the team is English. We are generally in the office, but remote working is also an option.

We are an organization in change, and the Product Owner group must continuously contribute to adapting and optimizing the development processes in close collaboration with the IT organization.

To be successful in the Product Owner role, it is important that you have great commitment and dedication. You thrive in a busy everyday life and can set goals and priorities, even when it's difficult.

You are strong at communication and understand the importance of involving stakeholders in the development process. You have a good business understanding and are able to translate it into IT solution requirements and find the best possible solutions in collaboration with the development team.

We are looking for someone who has

• Some years of experience in a PO role or similar
• Experience with agile development methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with managing and coordinating larger development tasks
• Strong stakeholder management
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Strategic understanding

Experience from the insurance industry is a plus, but not essential

We work in a scaled, agile development environment with over 20 teams. The teams develop solutions for both private and corporate markets and often collaborate on larger tasks.

We have a complex system landscape with many different platforms, various distribution channels, and complex processes. As Product Owner it is important to understand the customer journey and user experience across.
