Production Buying Responsible

Do you have solid experience in production purchasing and a sharp eye for quality, price and suppliers?

At ONLY BRAND HOUSE we are looking for an experienced Production Buying Responsible, who will take responsibility for our strategically important product categories – Jersey, sweat and accessories. You will have a central role close to production and our international suppliers, responsible for ensuring the right prices, qualities and deliveries.

YOUR ROLE

As Production Buying Responsible you will be responsible for Jersey, sweat and accessories and become an important part of the continued development of the categories. You will closely monitor production and work purposefully with quality, price, capacity and delivery. Supplier collaboration will be a central part of your daily life, where you both negotiate, monitor performance and continually work on optimizing our production setup.

Additionally, NOOS will also be part of your area of responsibility, where you will be responsible for ensuring NOOS business through development, updating, negotiation and overview in collaboration with our strong NOOS team.

Your tasks will include

• Negotiate prices and ensure the right quality with our suppliers
• Plan capacity and ensure the right quantities in close cooperation with the suppliers
• Ensure an efficient flow with focus on timing, quality and delivery
• Follow production closely from order placement to quality and delivery
• Develop and maintain our international supplier network
• Monitor performance and actively use key figures in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
• Drive the strategic work in the Direct to Farm project
• Develop and secure a healthy NOOS business with strong profitability

YOUR PROFILE

You are an experienced purchasing profile with a strong understanding of sourcing, supplier collaboration and the full process from order to delivery. You have good commercial sense and manage to balance quality, price and delivery while always keeping an eye on where we can optimize. You work structurally, take ownership and thrive with a high degree of independence and an international contact network.

We imagine that you

• Have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant purchasing experience from the fashion industry
• Have solid experience with production follow-up and supplier collaboration
• Have strong negotiation skills and good numerical and product understanding
• Work analytically and use data actively in your decisions
• Thrive with travel activity and close contact to international suppliers
• Communicate fluently in English in both writing and speaking
