For Frontego A/S on Mors we are seeking an experienced Production Manager who can lead people, optimize production and make things happen.

We are a modern make-to-order company in the kitchen and furniture industry , where quality, flexibility and craftsmanship go hand in hand with modern production technology.

YOU GET A CENTRAL ROLE

As Production Manager you will have the overall responsibility for day-to-day production and become a natural sparring partner for both employees and management.

You will among other things work with

• Leadership, motivation and development of the production team
• Production planning and capacity management
• Optimization of workflows and production flow
• LEAN and continuous improvements
• Purchasing, planning and inventory management
• ERP system and master data
• Quality, efficiency and on-time delivery
• Development of processes and production strategy

You have solid experience from a manufacturing company and preferably from the wood, furniture or kitchen industry .

Development-oriented – you see opportunities where others see limitations.
