Probeco is part of the T3L Group and is a specialized manufacturing company that develops and produces customized solutions in plastic, cardboard and paper. The company has for many years invested in technology, special machines and automation. The production handles many different orders and varying batch sizes, so daily life requires both flexibility and good planning.

The current production manager transitions to a role as technical director with a focus on machinery, maintenance and technical development. As the new production manager you will therefore have an experienced partner with in-depth knowledge of the company.

A role close to both people and production

You will be responsible for the overall production, including the technical functions. You lead through operations and team leaders and, together with them, create an overview, clear priorities and good frameworks for the employees across shifts.

In addition you will be responsible for

• ensuring good production and capacity planning, also when orders and priorities change
• creating clear roles and a good collaboration between production, engineering, logistics and administration
• establishing a fixed meeting and follow-up structure close to daily operations
• using production data to follow up on capacity, quality and improvements
• strengthening the work with quality, documentation, working environment and safety
• identifying bottlenecks and creating better flow through planning, competence development and common working methods
• contributing to the development of technology, digitalization and automation as well as upcoming investments.

Probeco has approximately 75 employees, of which around 60 work in production, while the remaining approx. 15 handle sales, IT and finance. You will become part of the management team together with the CEO, COO, CTO and CFO and report to the CEO.

In the initial period you will spend time learning the employees, the production and the company's workflows. From there you will set the direction in close collaboration with the organization.

Who are you?

You have solid experience with leadership in an industrial production and are used to getting people, machines, orders and capacity to hang together. You are visible in production, listen to employees' experiences and can create structure without losing the flexibility that customers need.

We imagine that you

• have experience with personnel management, ideally also through other managers
• understand the relationship between planning, quality, delivery and economics
• use data and key figures to create an overview and follow up
• have an eye for working environment, safety and good communication
• are familiar with ERP systems and interested in the development of production.

Experience with for example graphic production, plastics, foil, packaging or other technical process production is an advantage. The same applies to production with many part numbers and frequent changeovers. You do not need to have a specific education; your experience with production management is more important.

The position is located in Løgstør and requires you to be present in production and have contact with employees across shifts.
